A referral bonus program designed to reward Harvey Nash contractors for their efforts in identifying and referring candidates who are hired by our Harvey Nash clients for direct hire or contract positions.
Any Harvey Nash contractor or candidate, whether currently billing or not.
For each referred candidate that is hired full-time, or placed on billing with a client for a minimum of 240 hours, you will receive $500.*
To receive credit for your referral, you must either email the candidate's resume to your local Harvey Nash office or the candidate may email their resume directly to Harvey Nash. Be sure and tell your referral to specifically state that you referred them to Harvey Nash USA.

*The bonus amount will be paid after 240 hours have been billed, providing that the candidate is actively employed with Harvey Nash's client. The candidate may not have been previously entered in the Harvey Nash internal database. If more than one Harvey Nash contractor or friend refers the same candidate, then the first person to make the referral will receive the bonus.
