The Role
• We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to help us
accelerate growth across fintech and capital-raising sectors. This is a
quota-carrying role for a sales athlete who thrives in high-velocity
environments and has the strategic chops to work across a range of complex
buyer personas.
• You’ll own the full sales cycle — from sourcing
high-potential leads to closing strategic deals — and help expand our presence
across fintech, fund managers, broker-dealers, real estate investment
platforms, and more.
What You’ll Do
• Own a high-volume pipeline and drive deals through every
stage of the sales cycle with urgency and precision
• Partner with Marketing and SDRs to build prospecting
strategies that uncover qualified opportunities
• Deliver compelling, tailored product demos and consultative
guidance to a wide range of capital-raising entities — including VC-backed
startups, private equity firms, real estate syndicates, crowdfunding platforms,
investment advisors, and broker-dealers
• Understand the distinct operational, compliance, and
fundraising pain points across these verticals and align our solutions
accordingly
• Lead pricing conversations, negotiate contracts, and close
new business with a customer-first approach
• Work closely with Customer Success to drive adoption,
upsells, and renewals, maximizing customer lifetime value
• Build a trusted presence in the fintech and investment
ecosystem to support our long-term growth strategy
What You Bring
• 3–5+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales,
ideally in fintech, regtech, or B2B platforms serving the capital markets
• Proven success in high-velocity environments with a track
record of consistently exceeding quota
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to articulate
complex solutions in simple, compelling terms
• Familiarity with high-velocity sales techniques — you know
how to move fast, prioritize pipeline, and close efficiently without
sacrificing quality
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers across
diverse capital-raising sectors — from venture-backed startups looking to
scale, to private equity firms managing multi-entity portfolios, to real estate
investment platforms navigating complex deal structures
• Deep empathy for the unique challenges faced by emerging
fund managers, investment platforms, crowdfunding portals, and regulated
intermediaries (e.g.,
• broker-dealers, RIA firms)
• Confidence selling into a wide range of stakeholders
including founders, CFOs, fund managers, investor relations professionals,
compliance officers, legal teams, and product leaders
• Coachable, resourceful, and energized by feedback — you’re
always looking to get better
• Bonus: Experience selling a technical/API-first product or
working at a fintech, regtech, or B2B SaaS startup
