International Accounts Payable Specialist
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
International Accounts Payable Specialist to join a global service team,
providing AP support across multiple international locations, including the UK
and Singapore. This role requires excellent professionalism, strong stakeholder
management skills, and the ability to work effectively with overseas teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute
accounts payable activities, including invoicing, payments processing,
data entry, and bank applications.
- Manage
and process banking payments in various currencies, with a focus on
European transactions.
- Collaborate
with the AP team based in India, aligning with their working hours as
necessary (starting at 7:00 AM EST).
- Liaise
with multiple global stakeholders, including HR and Tax teams in London,
ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Utilize
Oracle Fusion and Workday systems for AP processes and reporting.
- Ensure
compliance with all financial controls and international banking
regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of 6 years of accounts payable experience.
- At
least 1 year of experience in international banking transactions.
- Previous
exposure to European currency and payment processes.
- Proficiency
in Oracle Fusion and Workday systems.
- Strong
communication skills and ability to work with diverse, global teams.
- Availability
to work in West Chester, PA one day per week.
- Ability
to start early (7:00 AM EST) to accommodate international time zones.
- Professional demeanor with experience in stakeholder-facing roles.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and
maximum hourly wage for this position is $30 to $35/hr.
