Job Title: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Location: Peoria, IL
Note the following work should be submitted to an administrative assistant and not a paralegal:
• Docketing, including opening and closing matters and calendaring important dates
• File documents and maintain file organization, including doc retention work
• Type and transcribe documents and correspondence, including attorney edits to legal documents
• Make travel arrangements
• Mail correspondence and other documents and otherwise arrange for delivery of paperwork
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 8-10 years experience required. Experience working with in a legal department required.
Critical Technical Skills:
Microsoft office 365, top candidates will also have ability to speak Spanish.
