Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant to manage our office operations and provide administrative support to our legal team, located in Cupertino. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Our team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its senior executive leaders. In this role, you will support team leadership performing key administrative duties to ensure steady team operation in a fast paced and rapidly shifting work environment.

 

Administrative Assistant III
Cupertino CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities: 
• 5-7 years of experience with administrative related duties including, heavy schedule management, expenses, travel, organizing meeting agendas and recapping notes, scheduling lunches/team building events, and general liaise responsibilities in working with multiple individuals and teams
• Prior experience working with legal teams and a basic understanding of litigation/paralegal work is a plus
• Comfortable with building partnerships and working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions
• Experience with macOS and its native applications like Mail, Calendar, and productivity apps (Keynote, Numbers, and Pages)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a strong level of confidentiality
• Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
• Great time management skills and proficient in identifying priorities

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds (e.g., office supplies, equipment, documents).
• Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
• Proficient in Client products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers, and Keynote is a plus.

 

 

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $33.58  Hourly on w2.
