Job Description
- Cabinet has an open Asset management position in the Paducah
Distribution Center located at 5501 KY Dam Road, Paducah, KY.
- The ideal candidate for this position must maintain a valid
driver’s license, lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable
positions for extended periods of time, spend a major portion of their
time using a computer and work overtime as needed.
- The candidates should also possess strong analytical skills,
be an excellent communicator, have strong time-management skills, be
detailed oriented and highly organized.
The job responsibilities for
the position are:
- Manage all hardware requests
- Manage Distribution Center (DC) Stock levels
- Audit hardware in techs name
- Asset Reconciliation
- Work with data and asset management
- Processing stolenlostmissing devices.
- Audit computer naming
- Audit ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS)
- Running and provide daily reports.
- Managing computer consumables
- Managing DC asset disposals
- Preparing hardware for techs (Image or Intune reset of
computers
