Job Description

We are seeking an Avaya Telecom Support Analyst for our client in Beverly HIlls, CA for a contract to hire opportunity.


· 3+ plus years of experience with Avaya telephony infrastructure administration field.

· Experience with Avaya Telephony Products.

· Experience with configuration, support, of Avaya Telephony products.

· Experience in Windows desktops and laptops support.

· Troubleshooting in Phone, PC, Windows, hardware and software

· Mobile phone devices support (ios/android)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Highly self-motivated and directed.

Responsibilities:

· Provide Telecom support for Avaya phone system.

· Deal with various vendors (mobile, telecommunications, data etc.) and escalate issues to them directly.

· Provide overall workstation support to the user community throughout the organization, including hardware, software and peripherals.

· Mobile device provisioning and support

· Monitor Helpdesk system for inbound issues

· Handle immediate need activities such as video conferencing setups, new employees joining and office reconfigurations

· Ensure all issues are logged and documented in the Helpdesk system

· Quickly and professionally assess issues, and take steps to resolve
