Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, or a construction-related role; relevant internship experience welcome.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Willingness to learn laser scanning, point-cloud workflows, and Navisworks-based clash checking.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn from senior BIM/VDC staff.
- Good communication and organizational skills; comfortable asking questions and escalating issues early rather than sitting on them.
