Business Analyst 

Melbourne FL (Not a remote)

9 Months contract

Job Description:

This position is responsible for creation and implementation of process plans in support of the professional services. This position works closely with internal and external partners and must be comfortable championing ideas and processes to a diverse audience. This role requires advanced analysis, planning, establishment of requirements, development of procedures, business case development and cost justification. Additional responsibility supporting various service programs at Client preferred vendor located in Melbourne Florida.

Responsibilities: (Support 3 unique areas)

Business Process Analyst and Development (50%)

  • Research, develop, document and implement sustainable and repeatable procedures
  • Identify gaps and re-engineer process inefficiencies relative to current procedures
  • Drive root cause analysis to solve complex business problems, develop and implement solutions in support of cross-functional partners and business stakeholders
  • Develop subject matter expertise for multi-faceted problems and deliver simplified solutions, eliminate wasteful activities plus improve proficiencies
  • Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders; establish strong partnerships to obtain desired results
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business manager

Business Support Center Support (BSC) and Program Development (50%)

  • Support local leadership at BSC with agent monitoring and training as needed
  • Drive customer satisfaction programs with local teams
  • Develop content as needed for agent daily customer interaction
  • Communicate with local leadership and remote vendor as needed in support of assigned programs

Required Education and Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience with office or accounting systems in large multinational companies including data collection systems, accounting systems and invoicing procedures.
  • Experience in system analytics is essential
  • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
  • High level knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • A results-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently without daily supervision
  • Essential to be proficient in time management
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors/Associates degree preferred

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office plus a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
