Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to
identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring
challenges and position Harvey Nash’s specialized IT solutions
effectively.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key
stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to
ensure precise delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals that create mutual
value and lasting partnerships.
- Stay informed on market trends, technologies,
and competitive insights to stay ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or
related field.
- 3–7 years of sales or business development
experience within the IT staffing or recruiting industry.
- Proven success in building new client
relationships and exceeding revenue goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives in
