Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and position Harvey Nash’s specialized IT solutions effectively.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure precise delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals that create mutual value and lasting partnerships.
  • Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and competitive insights to stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of sales or business development experience within the IT staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Proven success in building new client relationships and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
