in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python programming for automation is a plus.
- Business
Intelligence (BI) background is preferred—experience with data

with sales operations or business operations is a nice-to-have.
Preferred
Skills:
- CRM
experience (Salesforce preferred; other CRMs acceptable if candidate has

in entertainment, media, Ads, Sales, or digital publishing is a plus (nice
to have), but open to candidates from other domains with a strong
consulting background. However, CRM experience is a top priority over

Summary:
- We
are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team
as a CRM Cleanup & Business Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you
will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our CRM
system by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicates, and
hygiene issues. You will also leverage business intelligence tools to
analyze clean, consolidated data and provide actionable insights to
support strategic decision-making.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Conduct
regular audits of the CRM system to identify and resolve duplicate
entries, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement
and enforce data hygiene protocols to remove outdated, inaccurate, or
redundant records, improving system performance and user experience.
- Consolidate
data from disparate sources into a unified CRM platform, streamlining
access to customer information for sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Utilize
SQL queries and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract, analyze,
and visualize CRM data, providing insights for business strategy
development.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data governance
policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop
and maintain dashboards and reports to track CRM health metrics, identify
trends, and monitor data quality.
- Conduct
root cause analysis of data discrepancies and implement solutions to
prevent future occurrences.
- Support
targeted marketing campaigns and revenue growth by refining customer
segmentation based on cleaned CRM data.
- Develop
ROE (rules of engagement) policy that allows for only cleansed and
approved updates to our CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven
experience in CRM management, data cleanup, and data hygiene (Salesforce a
plus)
- Strong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and derive
actionable insights
- Proficiency
in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI).
- Experience
with SQL and data querying for data extraction and analysis a plus
- Attention
to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent
communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and
present findings effectively.
