Reporting to the Sr. Business Analyst of Technology Portfolio Management, this position will be responsible for supporting technology portfolio management activities, with primary focus on managing program investment approvals to enable commencement of project activities. This position interacts with many cross-functional stakeholders, including various Technology teams, Finance, other business function leads, as well as senior leadership.

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
o Experience in the Payments and/or Technology industry
o Experience in an operational role (with recurring tasks cadence - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
o Educational or prior project management experience
o 3-7 years experience required in business analytics and executive reporting, with focus on governance

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
o Ensure completion of high-quality documents for executive investment funding approval to drive effective decision-making
o Process day-to-day requests from stakeholders including program funding changes and address any related inquires, with a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes
o Complete system/tool updates to ensure data integrity and alignment with program/project changes
o Frequent review of project management documentations (i.e. project charter, etc.) to confirm alignment with program approved funding and apply project management methodology best practice to address project managers’ daily inquiries
o Support recurring delivery of project and program reporting and analysis to uphold governance of the project management methodology, including creating summaries and overviews of investments, and reviewing program/project managers’ status commentary to ensure content quality for executive-level program/project reporting

o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time with sense of urgency to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables (Required)
o Proficient with one or more reporting systems such as SQL, Excel, MS Access and Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, etc. to develop reports/dashboards
