Business Professional - Contracts Administrator 1(Samsung B2B Business Administrator)

Ridgefield Park, NJ

As a B2B Business Administrator a typical day might include following:

  • Support supplier relationships
  • Lead B2B Customer issues to resolution in supporting remote contact center team
  • Control documents to support remote team with proper work flows and standard operating procedures
  • Initiate proactive plans to improve customer experience in current B2B repair and exchange model
  • Manage data integrity of vendor team’s reports and invoices
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure proper service inventory levels
  • Communicate with local leadership and remote vendors in support of assigned programs
  • Manage vendor and internal relationships to ensure timely reporting on key metrics, payments and other drivers in support of our B2B customers
  • Key contributor in delivering high-value services to business stakeholders

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred (finance/accounting/other business discipline preferred)
  • 2 years’ experience with office or accounting systems in large multinational companies including data collection systems, accounting systems and invoicing procedures.
  • Telecom/data center cost experience highly preferred
  • Work experience and/or familiarity with the consumer or business electronics industry, services and technologies is a plus
  • Communication and interpersonal skills working with large teams
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Proven proficiency in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workloads
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced timeline driven environment

Education requirement – A Bachelor's degree preferred (finance/accounting/other business discipline preferred)

Years of experience – 2 years’ experience with office or accounting systems in large multinational companies including data collection systems, accounting systems and invoicing procedures.
