Duties:
The Business Strategist, Partner Digital Experience is a highly collaborative role responsible for defining, aligning, and evolving the strategic roadmap for ServiceNow’s Partner Digital Experience - including the Partner Portal, Partner Finder, Partner Store, and associated digital ecosystems.
This role
serves as the connective tissue between business priorities, partner sentiment,
and digital execution. You will gather insights and requests across global
stakeholders, partner feedback channels, and GPC leadership to ensure the
digital strategy directly supports ServiceNow’s top objectives: driving partner
productivity, improving satisfaction, and accelerating AI-first growth.
You will act as a strategic integrator and business translator, turning complex partner, product, and operational needs into clear digital initiatives. You’ll help define what success looks like, ensure alignment across business units, manage dependencies across sales operations, IT, product management, and field teams, and measure impact.
What

- Translate
company and GPC priorities into a cohesive partner digital experience
strategy and multiyear roadmap.
- Use
synthesis from partner sentiment (from surveys, advisory councils, and
listening posts) to align intake and new ideas into actionable strategic
recommendations.
- Define
and maintain business artifacts including problem statements, personas,
journey maps, ROI models, and success metrics.
- Partner
with product managers to align business objectives with product backlogs
and technical feasibility.
- Anticipate
future business needs and proactively shape initiatives that future-proof
the partner experience.
- Navigate
the needs of multiple business units, balancing competing priorities,
development roadmaps, and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
- Drive
consensus and alignment across stakeholders to ensure decisions reflect
both business outcomes and partner impact.
- Act
as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and Digital
Technology teams including product managers, project managers, and
engineering leads for partner-facing product issues and enhancements to
ensure clear understanding of business goals and delivery accountability.
- Partner
with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and gain executive approval for
new initiatives.
- Lead
partner-centric transformation projects and influence leadership alignment
around vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
- Serve
as the business voice of the partner within cross-functional programs.
- Infuse partner-centric thinking into roadmap discussions, product design, and go-to-market planning and use your influence and knowledge to be a voice for partner experience.
Skills:
In
order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+
years in business strategy, product strategy, or digital transformation -
ideally in a B2B enterprise, SaaS, or channel/partner ecosystem.
- Proven
experience aligning business strategies to corporate goals and translating
them into actionable digital or product roadmaps.
- Strong
background in stakeholder management and governance across matrixed global
organizations.
- Deep
understanding of partner/channel ecosystems, including GTM models,
indirect sales motions, and digital enablement.
- Demonstrated
ability to build business cases, ROI models, and metrics frameworks to
justify investment and measure impact.
- Experience
facilitating cross-functional workshops to align priorities and define
MVPs or scope boundaries.
- Familiarity
with agile and waterfall product development processes and working closely
with product management, UX, and engineering
- Strong
analytical and strategic thinking - able to connect data, partner
feedback, and business goals into cohesive narratives to guide strategic
decision-making
- Excellent
communicator, skilled at influencing at all levels - from executives to
developers.
- Ideal
candidate has knowledge and experience of ServiceNow’s Partner ecosystem.

Strategy, Product Management, or Organizational Leadership.
- Professional
certifications are a plus, such as: Product Management Certification from
a recognized institution (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product School, AIPMM
CPM, or PMI-PBA) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Business
Analysis (CBAP)

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage
for this position is $55/hr to $57/hr.Max
