Job Description

This role is focused on dealing with client issues. It will require helpdesk skills, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting and customer support. It is a help desk support client facing role and it would require prior client-facing experience

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Diagnostic skills in hardware, network, printing, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills
  • Experience of working with JIRA
  • Client facing experience

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $65K to $80K/annum
