Job Description:
Business Tools Administrator (Smartsheet and Docusign)
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Growth organization to understand
their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage IT solutions to address
business needs.
- Define and prioritize IT solution requirements based on business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee solution implementation,
including vendors, technical teams, and internal departments.
- Administration of the enterprise platform, including system configuration,
use management, and group management
- Provide technical support to Client users
- Facilitate end-user training for current and new Client employees
- Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention
to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, work prioritization
and analytical skills.
- Ability and willingness to go above and beyond the comfort zone when it comes
to learning about other infrastructure services when needed.
- Understand and plan for release updates, plug in etc. for SaaS applications.
- Define and document policies in conjunction with security and procedures
where applicable for portfolio tools.
- Provie assistance in the management and support of integrations between tools
in development landscape, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, JAMA,
Tableau, ServiceNow, Okta, SailPoint, Workato, Docusign, etc.
Technical Qualifications- Smartsheet
- Strong knowledge of Smartsheet Core App functionalities and capabilities
required
- Experience with the Smartsheet Admin Center required
- Experience developing and implementing applications in Smartsheet required
- Experience with Smartsheet Premium Apps (i.e., Bridge, Dynamic View, Data
Shuttle, Pivot, WorkApps, Calendar, and DataMesh) strongly preferred
- Experience with low code/no code development preferred
- Experience with Agile operating model preferred
- Experience with Jira, and Atlassian suite of tools ie: JSM, Confluence,
Assets, Plans
Technical Qualifications- Docusign
- Proven experience administering DocuSign (minimum 2–3 years) required
- Deep understanding of DocuSign templates, roles, envelopes, PowerForms, and
workflow design required
- Experience with DocuSign Admin Console, including user and permission
management required
- Familiarity with DocuSign API and its integration capabilities.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), identity management, and security
compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- DocuSign Certification (e.g., DocuSign System Administrator Certification)
preferred
- Experience integrating DocuSign with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics),
ERP, or HRIS systems preferred

operation of the company's IT infrastructure and systems, supporting all
departments and business objectives. This includes managing IT activities, implementing
and maintaining IT policies and procedures, and providing technical support to

IT with the company's overall goals, and driving innovation and efficiency in
IT operations.
