Job Title : Change Analyst

Preferred
Qualifications:
•
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in corporate operations, change management
and/or human resources-related fields
•
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading and participating on Agile Transformation
project teams and relevant change initiatives.
•
Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. organizational psychology, Human
Factors, Social Psychology)
•
Knowledge or certification in a recognized Change Management Methodology (e.g.,
Prosci ADKAR Model). Knowledge or certification in Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma
practices is a plus.
•
Excellent analytics skills and previous experience using web analytics tools,
survey tools, and Learning Management System analytics.
• Strong
oral and written communication across multiple media, including presentations,
announcements, newsletters, business memos, communication events, etc.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business issues and solutions
to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.
• Tools
savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio, and SharePoint). Agile tools such as JIRA, Jira Align are a plus.
• Solid
project management skills, attention to detail, and delivery oriented.
• Ability
to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong
problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature
judgment
Key
responsibilities include:
•
Collaborate with the Change Management Organization to develop programs and
apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using
techniques and assessments of organizational culture, performance, and
readiness for change.
• Develop
project plans for change management deliverables, define dependencies and
integrate with the Agile Transformation implementation plan.
• Work
with the transformation team and cross-functionally with other areas of the
organization to manage change adoption to ensure that they can deliver the
benefits of the Agile Transformation and that they meet the reasonable
expectations of end users.
•
Collaborate with Client University to develop and deploy user adoption/training
programs for technology implementation and process changes.
• Manage
and coach team members to support deployment of effective adoption initiatives
•
Working with Client University, contribute to the development and deployment
user adoption/training programs for enterprise-wide process and tooling changes
related to the Agile Transformation.
