Hello
We are looking for w2 consultant for Communications specialist position- 100% remote( within CA).- CTH- initially 6 months contract
Responsibilities include:
• Create communication and engagement plans for key IT Infrastructure initiatives.
• Plan, create and distribute communications designed to further understanding and adoption of digital employee experience tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Includes, but not limited to job aids, promotion videos, engagement sessions)
• Manage inter-company social media community and posts, including generating posts and content, monitoring & moderating conversations, and comments.
• Implement feedback mechanisms and processes to ensure the communications meets expectations, making adjustments as necessary
• Other internal company communication support as needed
• Ensure that pertinent communicated information is accessible on appropriate internal business collaboration/social media/SharePoint platforms and that the information is relevant, timely, and easy to understand
• Administer and coordinate key surveys and evaluations, including design, structure, content, delivery method, collection, analysis, recommendations, and follow-up
