Job Description 
Client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Communications Specialist to lead the dealer communications strategy for Client Converge Suite, Client's integrated digital business platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.  The ideal candidate combines strategic communication expertise with strong program management skills and the ability to translate complex business and technology initiatives into compelling communications tailored to diverse dealer audiences around the world. 

Position’s Contributions to Work Group: 
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that drives awareness, engagement, adoption, and business value realization across Client's global dealer network. 
- The successful candidate will serve as the central communications lead for dealer-facing outreach, ensuring consistent, timely, and impactful messaging across multiple channels including SharePoint, ClientDealer.com, newsletters, webinars, email campaigns, leadership communications, and dealer events.

Typical task breakdown:
Communications Strategy & Planning 
- Develop and maintain an integrated global communications strategy supporting Client Converge Suite adoption and dealer transformation initiatives. 
- Partner with business leaders, deployment teams, product teams, Microsoft, system integrators, and regional stakeholders to align communication priorities with strategic objectives. 
- Establish annual communication roadmaps, content calendars, and engagement plans for global and targeted dealer audiences. 
- Develop audience segmentation strategies, with special focus on DAB dealers and key dealer stakeholder groups. 


Content Development & Message Management 
- Create compelling, executive-quality communications including:  
- Leadership updates 
- Newsletters 
- Announcement campaigns
- Success stories and case studies 
- Release communications 
- Change management communications 
- Webinar and event materials 
- Translate complex digital transformation, ERP, and technology concepts into clear business-focused messaging. 
- Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, tone, and positioning across all dealer communication channels. 
- Develop communication toolkits and reusable content assets for regional teams and leadership. 

Channel Management & Communications Governance 
- Oversee dealer communication channels including:  
- ClientDealer.com 
- SharePoint sites 
- Email campaigns 
- Newsletters 
- Webinar platforms 
- Digital resource centers 
- Establish communication governance processes and publishing standards. 
- Continuously evaluate channel effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement. 
- Manage publication schedules and ensure timely delivery of communications. 
- Curate and manage distribution lists 

Dealer Engagement & Event Support 
- Coordinate communication activities supporting major dealer events, conferences, and meetings. 
- Facilitate content collection and executive messaging development for:  
- Monthly dealer webinars 
- Regional dealer meetings 
- Leadership forums 
- Product launch events 
- Steering committee meetings
- Partner with subject matter experts to curate content that addresses dealer priorities and business challenges. 
- Support executive presenters with messaging, presentations, speaking points, and event communications. 

Stakeholder Management 
- Build strong relationships across Client business units, Client Digital, Product organizations, Deployment teams, Marketing, Microsoft, and dealer-facing groups. 
- Influence stakeholders to contribute content and meet communication deadlines. 
- Act as a trusted communications advisor to program and business leaders. 
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure communications are aligned globally. 

Measurement & Continuous Improvement 
- Define communication KPIs and success metrics. 
- Measure dealer engagement across channels, including:  
- Open rates 
- Click-through rates 
- Webinar participation 
- Content consumption 
- Audience engagement 
- Analyze communication effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations. 
- Develop executive-ready reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
- 7+ years of experience developing and executing strategic communications programs.


Required Technical Skills 
(Required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive and leadership communications. 
- Experience managing multiple communication channels and large-scale communication campaigns. 
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills. 
- Experience coordinating communications across global and diverse stakeholder groups. 
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, or technology initiatives. 
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise business systems, or large-scale change management programs. 
- Experience working with dealer, distributor, channel partner, or franchise networks. 
- Experience with SharePoint, content management platforms, marketing automation tools, and webinar technologies. 
- Knowledge of communications analytics and campaign performance measurement. 
- Experience supporting global audiences across multiple regions and cultures.
