Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Project/Program Manager IV to support critical infrastructure and construction projects for a global leader in the technology and data center industry. This role is ideal for experienced project/program managers with a strong background in critical infrastructure, construction, and vendor management.
Job Title: Construction Project/Program Manager
Location: Sterling, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage critical infrastructure and construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and potential delays.
- Manage vendor activities and ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project status reports and provide updates to leadership.
- Track multiple project activities and ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Support overall project/program execution and provide structure and visibility across stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Strong critical infrastructure experience.
- Strong construction project background.
- Experience with vendor management and contractor coordination.
- Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Data center experience/knowledge.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with engineering and construction teams.
- PMP certification preferred.
