Must-Have Skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or technology programs in an operations environment.
- Strong technical program/project management experience across multiple sites.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, define scope, build execution plans, and drive decisions.
- Strong cross-functional influence across engineering, operations, vendors, finance, security, and IT.
- Excellent executive communication and business writing/narrative skills.
- Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, dependencies, and program health.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Multi-year strategic roadmap experience.
- Data center, fulfillment, logistics, or large-scale infrastructure experience.
- Knowledge of power/electrical and cooling systems such as UPS, PDU, ATS, or HVAC.
- Third-party vendor/contractor and field deployment experience.
- Experience with RFQs, POs, supply chain, and site-readiness activities.
- Experience preparing executive business reviews, program narratives, and leadership updates.
- Experience mentoring other Program Managers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own programs from strategy and planning through deployment and execution.
- Define scope, success criteria, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, finance, security, and field teams.
- Manage deployments, vendor performance, procurement, supply-chain constraints, and site readiness.
- Track program health, risks, dependencies, costs, and deliverables.
- Prepare executive updates, business reviews, and program narratives.
- Drive risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and decisions without direct authority.
- Improve processes and create scalable program-management mechanisms.
- Support mentoring and continuous improvement across the team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent relevant technical program/infrastructure experience may be considered.
