Consumer Care Rep (# 5693)

Hello 

I am recruiter of HarveyNash Inc and we are looking to fill Consumer Care Rep in East Providence, RI with our direct client.

Title: Consumer Care Rep
Location: Fully Remote( 7:45am-5pm Monday thru Thursday and Friday 8am-1pm fully remote but they must reside in RI, MA, CT)
Duration: 5 Months Contract

Desired Skills:

• Customer service experience required. Call center or contact center environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of PC and Mac with fluency in computer navigation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Desired Education:         

• Associates degree preferred, or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.

Desired Years of Experience:       

• 2-5 Years of Call Center or other service industry related experience
