We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to lead our inbound marketing content strategies including social media, thought leadership POVs, blogs, and lead generation for our Provider Solutions. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background and an understanding of the healthcare industry. Oncology is a bonus!*

You should be able to develop intriguing content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends in healthcare.  Ultimately, you should be able to expand our digital footprint and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

 

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals (experience planning for a editorial calendar is a MUST!)
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets (Self motivated individual*)
  • Collaborate with the provider marketing team and sales team to author high quality content
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
  • Edit, proofread and improve content (background in copy, writing, editing, & proofing is a MUST)
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Work with Digital Marketing to analyze web traffic metrics 
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement


Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years proven work experience as a Content marketing manager in healthcare
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other content management software (e.g. WordPress)
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • PMt skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills; ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
