Job Description

Duties:

Copywriting for our global CRM communications, which includes email, mobile app, and other CRM touch points.

Create engaging copy for seasonal storytelling across all GoPro products.

Work closely with the designers, developers and project managers to ensure that tasks are completed according to deadlines.

Understand the brand, marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.

Thoroughly understand and maintain GoPro voice and tone guidelines.

Present developed concepts to team members, stakeholders and the executive team.

Proactively managing time and deadlines.

Skills:

5+ years of experience in direct response and web copywriting at a relevant brand or agency. Portfolio/samples required.

You have a solid understanding of promotional, transactional copywriting.

Bachelor of Arts degree from a four-year university, two-year portfolio school or equivalent experience; focus in English, Journalism, marketing or advertising a plus.

A willingness to work with designers in tools such as Google, Dropbox Paper and Figma.



You can collaborate with various teams/team members and stakeholders with different skillsets, including Product Marketing, Consumer Insights and CRM Managers.

You can work in a team and independently to develop and resolve copy enhancements and fixes on tight timelines.

You're copy translate into a clear customer experience.

You can receive and provide constructive feedback.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You're a strategic and conceptual thinker who gets stuff done.

Education:
