Data Analyst 3
The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions. Providing and maintaining dashboards and reports related to monitoring, tracking of eCommerce platform/products related to Trade-in, Discount programs (EPP), Customer Connections (Post Order communication) - both traffic, conversion and overall performance
Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional Product, Engineering and Business Operations
Experience with Tableau, BigData, Vertica, Adobe Analytics, Confluence, Jira required
Highly data-centric and alert/benchmark/measure reporting metrics for the product/functional area supported
Ability to design and create ETL process, build dashboards/reports for business enabling functions and support during new product, feature launches
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
5-7 years of experience required.
Experience with Tableau, BigData, Vertica, Adobe Analytics, Confluence, Jira, eCommerce website related reporting
