Digital
Marketing Data Analyst – CRM
Functions
of this role are as follows:
- Tracking,
reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc
analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
- Analyzes
A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide
recommendations.
- Work
with data scientist and other analysts on CRM data reporting and audience
segmentation
- Work
with agency partners to define needed reports and provide feedback
- Make
recommendations on audience segmentation, A/B testing and data sources
- Respond
to requests for information on performance and metrics
- Creates
PowerPoint presentations to provide data and insights to other teams or
for executive presentations
- Work
with other teams to obtain and implement new or updated data points
- Advises
other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising,
brand, product marketing) as the knowledge owner for customer and market
data.

reports, campaign performance and synthesize recommendations
- Knowledge
of how to use tableau
- Knowledge
of Adobe Analytics a plus
