Role: Data Collection Researcher
Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote Role)
Contract Duration: 04 Months (Extendable)
We’re looking for a motivated Data Collection Specialist to join our user research team. The role involves managing data collection processes, working with participants, and improving our collection methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage logistics, train and monitor participants, and report on data collection
Own projects to improve data collection processes
Collaborate with engineering and research teams to enhance software usability and participant experience
Must-Have Skills:
Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
Nice to Have:
Experience with speech/language data collection
End-to-end data collection experience (recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
Consumer electronics or customer service experience
Leadership Principles: Delivers results | Customer obsession
