Summary:
We’re looking for a Data Migration Specialist with
specific Wrike experience to help migrate a large amount of project data
both inside and outside Wrike into a newly formatted Wrike space.

Duration : 3 months (with possible Extension)
Hours per week: 40 with Possible OT

Migration Specialist – Product Design & Marketing Operations (Contract)
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
1-3
years experience working within Wrike
Ability to process a high volume of transactions in a fast paced
environment
Superior analytical skills and the ability to audit, dissect and
interpret large data sets
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to solve problems independently in a
highly matrixed organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and
concisely communicate announcements, deadlines, training, presentations,
policies
Ability to adapt to new tools and comprehend how data intersects within
and across tools
Works independently with minimal supervision and takes the initiative to
drive for results
Experience with working in a business, creative organizations, and/or
marketing is preferred
Proven experience with change management
Experience in data reconciliation and auditing
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the data conversion and cleaning process, converting existing data into
the required format for our new Wrike space.
Clean and preprocess data by handling errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Work closely with partners to understand their current data structures,
formats, and content.
Load converted data into the new Wrike space.
Collaborate with Wrike Admins to resolve any integration issues.
Provide regular progress updates, address concerns, and offer recommendations
for future improvements.
Collaborate with other implementation team members to share knowledge, best
practices, and lessons learned.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and
maximum for this position is $39-$43 Hourly on w2.
