We’re in search of an experienced Desktop Support/Computer
Technician looking for knowledgeable experience on installation,
troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment.

Job Title: Desktop Deployment Technician
Location: Nashville TN
Duration: Contract to Hire
Status: Onsite
Job Description
Installation of new workstations (hardware,
operating systems, application software) following departmental standards.
Researches and develops solutions to difficult
issues.
Utilizing Microsoft SCCM to install OS image
and software.
Document known issues and resolutions to be
shared with internal team members.
Review literature, consult with experts, and
coordinate with vendors to identify appropriate hardware and/or software
solutions to complex issues.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1-3 years’ experience supporting Windows 10
operating systems.
1-3 years’ experience supporting and
configuring computer hardware/software.
1-3 years’ experience working in a technical
customer service environment.
1-3 years’ experience working with a ticket
tracking system (e.g., Microsoft SCSM, ServiceNow, Cherwell, etc.).
Licenses/Certifications Required:
Valid Class ‘D” Driver’s License.
ITS Security Requirements:
Selected candidates must agree to and sign the
ITS Non-Disclosure Policy, ITS Employee Security Policy and successfully pass
and maintain a pass Criminal Record Background Check performed by the
Metropolitan Nashville Police Department that includes:
An identity verification.
A state of residency check for the last ten
(10) years.
A National Criminal Information Center (NCIC)
record and fingerprint check.

TEAMS.
