About the Role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical support in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate brings strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users.

·       Configure, install, and deploy computers and related equipment.

·       Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

·       Respond to, track, and manage support tickets through a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.

·       Support workstation setup, upgrades, and replacements.

·       Deliver responsive customer service and clear technical assistance.

·        

Qualifications

·       Hands-on experience setting up, configuring, and installing computers.

·       Working knowledge of desktop hardware and software support.

·       Experience using ticketing systems; ServiceNow experience is preferred.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills.
