Description:
We have an open position in the Field Services Branch -
Frankfort for a desktop support technician. This technician will be located at
275 East Main Street, Frankfort KY 40601 and 200 Mero Street, Frankfort KY
40601. The technicians will provide support for multiple agencies in
downtown Frankfort. The preferred candidate would need the following:
- Excellent customer
service and communication skills
- Computer equipment
configuration, setup, and installation
- Experience in ticketing
software (preferably ServiceNow)
- Ability to work under
pressure
- Hardware and software
experience
