Summary  
The Product, Design & Marketing (PD&M) – Creative Infrastructure Team is seeking an Asset Management Specialist. The PD&M organization is responsible, in part, for all the beautiful content designed and distributed across our platforms, including Apps, Games, Arcade, Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Books, and the next big thing. Where applicable, we ingest assets from both external and internal partners or create original content for featuring and publication. This position places you at the epicenter of these two worlds, ensuring assets moving through the system are accessible to all relevant parties.

Title : Digital Asset Manager II

Location :  Cupertino, CA or Culver City ,CA (Hybrid)

Duration : 12 months (with possible Extension)

Pay rate : $56 Hourly on w2. (Bi-weekly Payment system)

Hours per week: 40


The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Translating design team requirements into asset management platform capabilities or informing feature development
  • Establishing file and folder taxonomies and setting up workflows within asset management software and systems
  • Partnering with product owners and engineering teams on user stories, prioritizing feature requests and bug fixes
  • Ensuring integration of the asset management platform with other project management systems
  • Conducting formal user acceptance testing (UAT), reporting anomalies in production environments, and escalating and tracking issues accordingly
  • Assisting with data migration planning and execution
  • Supporting user and group permission models aligned with team workflows
  • Authoring documentation and creating and delivering high‑fidelity presentations for onboarding and periodic training sessions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience evaluating and implementing media and entertainment workflows using industry‑leading asset management software and systems to support multiple business needs
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools and understand various project structures, static and video file formats, and associated metadata
  • Broad knowledge of library tools, systems, and resources within corporate organizations
  • Solid design background with expert knowledge of motion and static assets in creative environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with the macOS platform
  • Strong Keynote skills for creating and presenting collected data or training documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong design sense with consistent follow‑through across deliverables
  • Ability to foster a high degree of organization and collaboration across teams
  • Ability to make complex decisions independently and clearly explain the rationale
  • Capability to draw parallels across business needs to formulate consolidated solutions
  • Experience with industry‑standard design software used in UI/UX and media and entertainment industries, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, etc.
  • Excellent project and task tracking skills, with strong attention to detail while maintaining a big‑picture perspective
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Workfront, or similar platforms

 

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $ 50-$56 Hourly on w2.
