Title: Digital Content Experience Strategist, Manager
Type: 1 Year (With possible extension)
Location: Foster City, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize business goals, marketing, and campaign plans to create content strategy across digital channels
  • Work cross functionally to develop unique story ideas, drive ideation for original content and develop thoughtful distribution strategies
  • Build and manage cross-functional and agency relationships needed to link people, process, and technologies that contribute to strategic content planning, execution, and measurement
  • Work across functions and levels — from individual contributors to key executives — to ensure comprehensive inputs to strategic content planning
  • Offer a content strategy perspective to content and campaign owners throughout the campaign development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall campaign experience
  • Evangelize and educate relevant teams on audience-centric content strategy best practices as well as the corporate brand and content governance
  • Aggregate and maintain inputs for content strategies, including audience insights, personas, messaging, competitive information, and feedback from content contributors and users
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for content reuse
  • Perform strategic mapping of content to audience journeys and ongoing journey gap analysis of the content inventory and its ability to support content strategy and campaign requirements
  • Understand and leverage industry trends, the corporate brand and solution value propositions to ensure content quality and relevance in content creation
  • Improve content impact and effectiveness through user research studies, benchmark analysis, data collection and competitive research
  • Conduct tracking, reporting, and investment analysis — deriving insights from content measurement that inform program planning
  • Develop and execute strategies for better discovery and awareness of on-platform content (including SEO)
  • Provide operational support for content strategy and management, engaging cross-functional participants, content reports, workflow, and deadlines
  • Contribute to delivering a variety of content types to reach multiple audiences, based on latest trends and different learning styles


  • 5+ years of integrated marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, and/or agency experience
  • Conceptual thinker who has created breakthrough content experiences that evolves a brand to reach the target audience
  • 3+ years of content ideation/creation experience for delivering best in class content for various digital and social platforms
  • Cross-functional, multi-phase, and complex stakeholder & project management
  • Global content strategy roll-out and complex project management experience
  • Cross-organizational collaboration and consensus building
  • Synthesizing audience knowledge needs and corporate messaging for content strategy
  • Superior written communications and presentation
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles
  • Budget, vendor, and agency management
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles a plus
