Job Description:
Summary: The main function of an electrical engineer is to design,
develop, test or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical
equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military or
scientific use. A typical electrical engineer has the ability to work
on 2D/3D models of senor group, harness, schematics, and supporting
fixturing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test the manufacture of electrical equipment, including
machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
- Evaluate the cost effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain design
models.
- Estimate time and cost to complete projects.
- Simulate and test machine/structure/system operation.
- Investigate and test vendors’ and competitors’ products.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Create sensor group
- Create and route harness
- Modify schematics
- Interpret prints and standards
- Design detail/model supporting brackets

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required ( no 2-year degrees accepted)
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Willing to accept master’s degree
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Experience with electrical routing
- Blueprint reading
- Preferred Creo but not required
(Desired)
- Manufacturing knowledge
- Schematics knowledge
- Previous work experience in electrical
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to the frequent priority shifts of changing business
demand
Travel Requirement: 0-25%
