Requirements:
- Technical
Associates diploma / degree in electronics technology, or electrical
- engineering
(or equivalent)
- Able
to read and comprehend electrical schematics and printed circuit board
- drawings
for digital and analog circuits
- 1-2
years hands on Lab experience using: Power Supplies, DMMs,
- Oscilloscopes,
Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, & Spectrum Analyzers
- Hands
on experience assembling breadboards and conducting basic rework of
- circuit
card assemblies using a solder iron
- Understanding
of communication standards and protocols (RS-422/485, CAN,
- ARINC-429,
Ethernet, SPI, I2C etc. …)
- Experience
accessing and using PCB design CAD tools, Altium preferred
- Experience
loading and working with microprocessors and software
- Experience
with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Excellent
organizational and communication skills
Desired:
- Experience
with high power electronics (> 600V DC)
- Experience
with brushless DC Motor Controls
- Experience
with high voltage battery management systems
- Experience
with manual rework of SMT components and automated rework stations for
BGAs
