THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced Project manager to lead the Construction Deployment Management including, but not limited to; periodic/weekly/monthly progress reporting, Delay analysis, material and Human resource management, business plan and various financial data to be used in other departments. The position works closely with Customer Account team in US, each Deployment organization in HQ and project owner, as well as leadership team to communicate Deployment forecast to actual variance, and to implement processes and policies to monitor and control the progress.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Consolidate the deployment forecast of each customer account teams as one package to be shared with management team to finalize monthly forecast and its update when it is required.
  • Understand and analyze the actual gap against the month forecast and write it down the detailed comments in the report document, which will be shared with customer account team and HQ in Korea.
  • Make the revenue adjustment together with each Customer Account team, which is fully aligned with team goal.
  • Pull down the required data from system (OV and SPMS and others) and analyze and the generate the required report
  • Communicate with Customer Account team to get the required information and update them
  • Communicate with HQ in Korea to get the required information and update them

THE CANDIDATE

Background & Competencies Required:

  • Bilingual English/Korean mandatory – this role will interact closely with each Customer Account team in US, Sales organization in Korea.
  • PMI certification
  • Bachelor’s degree with + 7 years of experience in developing Project management & operational analysis
    • Prior experience in Networks business is highly desirable
  • Proficient with MS office products including Excel, Power point, Word and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accustomed to high paced dynamic work environment
  • Prefers working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Willing and able to work outside of normal business hours as needed to communicate with colleague in Korea
  • Strong analytical skills (experience building, evaluating and clearly presenting complex business model is critical)

  • Bachelor’s degree with + 7 years of experience in developing Project management & operational analysis
