Job Description

Position:             Financial Analyst 1

Location:            Huntersville, NC

Duration:           12+ months

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales team to review promotions approved by Marketing and make sure these are communicated to NJ team in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review the promotion agreement and make sure it matches with PPA’s and conditions before it’s committed to the account
  • Update the promotion agreement if there is a change in the promotion and advise the NJ Team and the Lowes Team in a timely manner
  • Review the claim and validate the backup documentation making sure to always process the claims with proper back up
  • Uploading of financial claim backup data in NERP systems
  • Process Sales Deduction claims through NERP
  • Processing of payments through Claim Hub should be accurate and should always be allocated to correct cost center, customer, and material group
  • Update and Maintain the monthly claims log
  • Assist with special request
  • Prioritizing special requests and completing accurately and with great timeliness.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction from supervisor and other top management
  • Advanced M/S Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong reporting capabilities (Finance and Sales Reporting)
  • Accounting/Finance degree
  • Account Reconciliation experience a plus.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
