Summary:
The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial
information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information
affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical
financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial
information for clients.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An
advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- With Client working with the Southern Cone office, we are looking to fill a
position to help us process with the ease of business. Looking for a
candidate to document and book the contracts in Chile and Peru.

Typical task breakdown:
- Work with local office in Southern Cone to establish documentation to align
with Credit Approval.
- Booking in the system of record to capture the loan becomes an active
transaction.
- Facilitating the funding process thru the local office in Southern Cone.
- Exercises decision-making authority in their day-to-day processes of
preparing, reviewing, booking, and funding standard and non-standard
documentation.
- Reviews other team members’ work for completeness and accuracy and provides
additional guidance when necessary.
- Utilizes Legal, Tax, and other support functions within Client Financial, as
needed, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in multiple national
and/or international jurisdictions.
- May communicate with internal/external counsel and other pertinent
internal/external parties as needed to prepare and execute the necessary
documentation.
- Gathers information to determine proper legal names, guarantors, authorized
signers, and types of board resolutions required to complete transaction
documents.
- Typical financing documents may include loan/lease agreements, promissory
notes, mortgages, security agreements, guaranties, assignments, and other
transaction documents.
Interaction with team:
- Build working relationships with the local office in Southern Cone and
working with other line units within Client – i.e. Treasury, Tax, Accounting
and Legal.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline
required.
- An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years financial and/or accounting experience required.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects at the same time.
- Detail oriented
Additional Technical Skills

- Excel knowledge, Salesforce and Oracle preferred.
- Ability to learn the database in a timely manner.
