Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Qualcomm firmware and toolchain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience coding in C/C++.
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing embedded systems using Qualcomm compilers and tooling.
- Proven ability to debug using JTAG and other debug pods.
- Strong experience using test and measurement equipment to troubleshoot firmware issues.
- Extensive background in high‑volume, battery‑powered consumer electronics communicating over 802.11, Bluetooth (BR/EDR), or USB.
- Experience in wireless communications technologies.
Nice to Have Skills
- Direct experience with Qualcomm Headset SDK.
- Expertise in USB, BR/EDR, and BLE protocols.
- Familiarity with production firmware deployment pipelines.
- Development of real‑time embedded audio system features.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Design Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience designing and implementing firmware for consumer audio products.
- Background in building and executing test strategies for recurring firmware validation.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Redmond, WA, five days per week.
- Availability for a 7+ month contract term.
