working on cutting-edge cloud-native applications with a strong focus on
generative AI and serverless architecture.

Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design,
develop, test, and deploy full-stack, cloud-native applications for
contact center systems.
- Build
scalable tools and services using Python (backend) and React/Node.js
(frontend).
- Integrate
and optimize Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) using
prompt engineering and agentic coding assistants.
- Develop
and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Architect
solutions using multi-threaded programming, design patterns,
and event-driven architecture.
- Own
delivery of complete modules and serve as a technical lead on complex
projects.
- Collaborate
using Git workflows (feature branches, pull requests, GitHub Actions).
- Produce
clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong
coding proficiency in Python and JavaScript/React.
- Hands-on
experience with AWS serverless services:
- Lambda,
Step Functions, DynamoDB, AppSync, Bedrock, SageMaker, CloudWatch.
- Experience
with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like CloudFormation or AWS
CDK.
- Solid
understanding of REST and GraphQL API development.
- Familiarity
with Git-based collaboration and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience
in Contact Center development or telephony infrastructure
(e.g., Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys).
- Exposure
to prompt engineering and LLM integration.
- Use of AI-powered
coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
- Proven
success in building serverless architectures aligned with AWS
Well-Architected principles.
Qualifications
- BS/MS
in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related
field.
- Minimum
5 years of experience in software engineering or development roles.
