Job Description
Cabinet is seeking qualified candidates to fill a General IT Support Services position within the Asset Management Branch. The position will work directly with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) group completing daily equipment deliveries throughout Frankfort as well as electronic scrap pickup throughout the state. They must also support all other functions and service delivery of the HAM group as needed
Required Skills:
•Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
•Driver’s License
•Ability to operate 24’ box truck or similar vehicle
•Good Logistical skills
•Good Communication skills
•Good Punctuality
•General IT Skills
oMicrosoft Office with a Focus on Excel
oMicrosoft Teams
oServiceNow or other ticketing system
•Asset Management Skills
oInventory tracking with handheld scanner
oComparing lists of assets for audits
oAsset Order Shipping/Receiving
oGeneral Warehouse Activities
Additional Skills
•Forklift Certification will be required once training is completed (if needed).
•On-site availability is required, as this position will deal with material assets and inventory.
