Treasury Operations Analyst

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Operations
- Support
ongoing treasury operations, including bank account administration, KYC
updates, and bank documentation.
- Identify and
implement opportunities for process automation and treasury system
enhancements.
- Ensure
adherence to internal controls, policies, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Understand,
review all treasury processes and help draft SOPs.
Banking
and Cash Management Activities
- Administer
bank accounts, portal users and ensure proper authorizations and controls.
- Work closely
with accounting to assist with payments and account reconciliations.
- Facilitate
issuance of Letter of Credits / Letter of Guarantees for global treasury
operations.
Cash
Management and Liquidity Operations
- Monitor daily
cash position across multiple bank accounts.
- Support
liquidity management across entities.
- Support
execution of timely fund movements, wires, and FX transactions as
required.
Process
Improvement
- Help manage
treasury SOX controls and support any audit requests
- Initiate and
maintain comprehensive documentation of existing processes across the
Treasury function to support standardization, compliance, and continuous
improvement.
- Provide
support for treasury technology initiatives by defining and communicating
treasury requirements to internal IT teams and external consultants.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in
treasury / finance with a global company
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a technical field
- Strong
knowledge and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of
banking portal, Bloomberg, Clearwater, SAP, and treasury management
systems ideal
- Excellent
communication skills and ability to manage projects and different
deadlines relatively independently
