Senior Global Workforce Intelligence & Employability Analyst, RiseUp with Client
The Senior Global Workforce Intelligence & RiseUp Employability Analyst ensures RiseUp’s employability strategy is aligned to validated global labor market demand and emerging skills trends.
This role owns the development and application of a workforce intelligence framework that translates labor market data, skills insights, and employer demand signals into actionable recommendations that inform talent pipeline prioritization, curriculum evolution, and employer engagement strategy.
Leveraging advanced workforce intelligence platforms and AI-enabled analytics tools, this individual generates forward-looking insights that improve decision-making, strengthen employer credibility, and support scalable employability outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
· Develop and maintain a global labor market monitoring framework tracking high-growth roles, emerging skills clusters, and regional demand shifts.
· Identify priority opportunity areas and recommend focus roles aligned to RiseUp talent pathways.
· Translate workforce data into executive-ready recommendations that inform employability priorities and partnership targeting.
· Build and maintain dashboards tracking placement outcomes, hiring trends, and program impact.
· Produce recurring workforce intelligence briefs to guide leadership decision-making.
Required Skills
· 3–6 years of experience in workforce analytics, labor market intelligence, HR analytics, consulting, or related analytical field.
· Demonstrated experience interpreting workforce or skills data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
· Proficiency with workforce intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, and AI-enabled research tools.
· Strong executive-level communication and data storytelling skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
Operational Integration & Execution Support
In addition to strategic responsibilities, this role ensures workforce insights are embedded into program execution and employer engagement processes:
· Maintain centralized intelligence repositories and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
· Lead quarterly alumni employment survey execution, analysis, and reporting.
· Support tracking of placement outcomes and employer engagement metrics.
· Prepare workforce intelligence materials for executive briefings and partner engagements.
· Support coordination of employer engagement initiatives (e.g., Job Connect, employer-alumni connections) to ensure alignment between workforce insights and placement outcomes.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum hourly wage for this position is $64.28/hr. on W2.
