Required Skills
- Proven systems engineering background with 5–6 years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing test racks or comparable test environments
- Expertise in developing and maintaining technical documentation and executing validation processes
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for complex, integrated systems
- In‑depth knowledge of test equipment, test tools, and debugging techniques
- Proficiency in automation, including Python programming and shell scripting
- Passion for innovation, optimization, and delivering practical, cost‑effective solutions
Nice to Have Skills
- Additional Python scripting experience
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN)
- Experience deploying or managing test systems across large‑scale, geographically distributed environments
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–6 years of progressive systems engineering experience in a hardware or test system environment
