Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for the customer seeking technical assistance
  • Perform remote troubleshooting
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products and services
  • Record events and problems and their resolutions in the help desk software
  • Assist with order fulfillment of the technical devices and services
  • Must be able to stand for several hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of mobile devices and Bluetooth devices
  • Good understanding of computers in general
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • High School Diploma, pursuing or possess an undergraduate degree preferred
