CONTRACTOR, UX WRITING (CUSTOMER JOURNEYS)
- We’re searching for a UX Writer to create new and better experiences across our services. In this role, you’ll work on growth projects spanning several services.
Description:
- As part of our services design org, you’ll focus primarily on acquisition and retention, helping build customer journeys across multiple platforms.
- Role requires skill at both marketing and UX writing.
- You’ll advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups.
- You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback, and working closely with partners around the company .
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems.
- Writing engaging headlines, push notifications, and other in-app touch points.
- Developing on-brand emails that drive user action.
- Balancing customer goals, business requirements, and brand values.
- Collaborating with growth and business teams, as well as designers and other writers.
- Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content through experimentation and testing.
