Non-IT Exception Template (HR Generalist Level 2)
Armonk, NY (Successful candidate is expected to be onsite in Armonk, NY at least 3 days per week)

Expected Schedule & Hours: Arrival between 8:00am/9:00am – departure between 5:00pm/6:00pm
Interview Process:
- 1 round, likely to be panel discussion. Most likely will be virtual through MS teams
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR Partners to strategize about HR programs to benefit workplace culture
- Assist in developing and executing procedures, policies, and procedures, provide guidance and interpretation for business
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Assist in administering employee performance, leadership and development programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, update policies and procedures as appropriate
- Be primary backup for HR Partner business support and be the lead for various projects
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and other employee-related matters
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, and contribute to policy development
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business or related field plus 5 + years of direct experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
- Proven success working in HR
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail and analytically driven
- Ability to turn data into clear and impactful stories to drive forward a message to leaders and stakeholders and gain support
Nice to have:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
- Advanced certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR
