Summary:

We’re in search of a HR Generalist

 Here are some of the specific details:

Job Title: HR Generalist  

Location – Ridgefield Park, Nj

Duration - 12 months

Status – Hybrid

 

  • Workday experience required
  • Data-driven, Strong excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas) able to tell a story by looking at data/data visualization
  • Experience with internal employee lifecycles such as Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews, Promotion cycles, etc. preferred
  • HR Administration & Customer Focused experience
  • Used to a high volume and fast paced environment Education: BA/BS, MA/MS/MBA degree (Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent and aligned experience, preferred
