Our Client Technology People team is seeking a HR Project Manager to support several HR-related projects for the Technology client group. Working alongside the Technology People Business Partner team, this HR Project Manager will:
• Manages HR projects involving multiple HR stakeholders, business, and delivery partners
• Ensures project results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and timeline
• Manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time and quality
• Uses data to help in driving deliverables, timelines and analysis to direct course of project and impact of desired outcome
• Stage activities/deliverables with relevant milestones and schedules. Navigate and influence competing priorities and develop effective contingency plans to achieve the most desirable outcome(s)
• Effectively manages changes to scope and timeline to ensure Technology people team and leadership agreement and support of the changes
• Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering HR initiatives, including operational, data and cyclical HR activities (e.g. annual performance management, compensation planning, etc.)
• Defines and tracks milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
Qualifications
• Requires 5+ years’ experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree
• Project management experience on significant organizational HR projects
• Proven experience in evaluating and improving process within a large corporate function
• Relevant HR experience to identify industry best practices and incorporate them into the proposed program
• Strong understanding of business concepts, demonstrated by experience establishing business metrics, stakeholder assessments, and/or work experience in non-HR business function
