Support strategic IAM transformation
initiatives, including identity lifecycle modernization, Zero Trust, and secure
access.

Establish program objectives, OKRs, roadmaps,
and project management best practices to drive delivery.

Lead change management, stakeholder
communication, and large-scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms.
·
Manage projects end-to-end, including planning,
scheduling, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and closure.
·
Lead technical teams and coordinate with clients
and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
·
Develop project plans, status reports, meeting
minutes, and other project artifacts.
·
Align business processes with technical design,
testing, cutover, and implementation through workshops and approvals.
·
Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive
continuous improvements in project delivery.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent,
relevant work experience.
